• Transaction metadata processed by our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers)

Location

With your permission, we collect approximate or precise location to show nearby courts, venues, and events. You can disable location access in your device settings; some features may not work without it.

Social and communications

• Posts, reels, comments, messages, community membership, and in-app gifts or badges
• Media you upload (photos and videos) and related metadata

Device and usage

• Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and crash or performance logs
• How you interact with the Service (pages viewed, taps, search queries)

2. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve bookings, payments, feeds, and messaging
• Verify merchants, coaches, and payout accounts; prevent fraud and abuse
• Send transactional messages (confirmations, reminders, security alerts)
• Personalize recommendations, including nearby venues and social content

• Other users — profile details and content you choose to make visible (e.g. public posts, open-play listings)
• Merchants and coaches — booking and contact details needed to fulfill reservations
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, and customer support vendors under contract
• Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect users, the platform, or the public

We do not sell your personal information.

Our web app uses cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions, theme preferences, and performance. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may limit functionality.
